This Privacy Policy describes how NEXGE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("NEXGE," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you engage with any of our services ("Services"), including but not limited to:
- Visiting our website at http://influencifi.cloud, or any affiliated website that links to this Privacy Policy;
- Downloading or using our applications, including our Facebook-integrated platform, Influencer A.I;

- Participating in our sales, marketing, or promotional activities; and
- Communicating or interacting with us in any other context.
Our platform is powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, which may use personal data, including, where applicable, voice recordings, biometric identifiers, and digital likenesses provided by influencers, to generate synthetic personas and deliver automated user experiences. These services may include the creation and deployment of voice-enabled bots (VoiceBots) designed to simulate influencer interaction in a commercial context.
This Privacy Policy applies to both:
- Influencers, who may license their voice, likeness, or persona for use in AI-powered services, and
- General users who interact with these AI-generated outputs through our platform.
Different rights and responsibilities may apply depending on your role. Where appropriate, supplemental policies, licensing agreements, or consent terms may govern your relationship with us in addition to this Privacy Policy.
We are committed to transparency, accountability, and compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other regional privacy frameworks. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
